Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for a single service and 48 hours’ notice for multiple services if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Please note that cancellations cannot be made via email, voicemail, or online forms. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must contact Facesology during business hours and speak directly with a member of our front desk team.
Gift Certificates
All gift card / certificate sales are final and non-refundable and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate or card, cannot be applied toward gratuity/tips and cannot be redeemed for cash. Facesology is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or certificates. Gift cards and certificates do not expire.
Booking Spa Treatments
To ensure the availability of your desired appointment time and service, we recommend making your reservation ahead of time; especially during the weekend and holidays. In order to reserve your appointment, a deposit may be required and a valid credit card on file at the time of the reservation. All credit/gift card information is stored securely off-site by our electronic funds payment processor.
Arrival Policy
To Maximize your relaxing experience, we kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled treatment.  First time guests will be required to fill out a treatment form. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointments.
Spa Environment
​As a courtesy to other guests, cell phones and electronic devices should be silenced or turned off upon check in.

To maintain a quiet and relaxing environment, children under the age of 5 who are not receiving services are not permitted in the spa.
Refunds
Unopened retail items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. We apologize, but opened merchandise is non-refundable.
Age Requirements
We have selected treatments for our youngest guests, ages 5-12 years old. Guests 13 years and older are welcome to receive full spa treatments. However, adults must accompany guests under 18 years old while in the spa and during treatments.
