By booking an appointment, you acnowledge and agree to all spa policies.

Appointments & Payments

All online bookings require full payment at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment.

For appointments booked over the phone or in person, a valid credit card is required to reserve your time. This card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.

Late Arrival
-
Arriving late may result in a shortened or modified service.
-
Arrivals more than 10-15 minutes late may require cancellation and will be charged accordingly.

Full service fees still apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancelations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee.
-
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

Same day cancellations may be treated as no-show.

No Refunds Policy (services)

All services are final sale.

We do not offer refunds on services rendered.

If you have any concerns, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address the issue.

Retail Products

Unused, unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.

There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise.

Health & Medical Disclosure

Your safety is our priority. Please disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications and skin sensitivities prior treatment.

We are not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed conditions.

Patch testing is recommended for certain services.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift cards cannot be used toward gratuity.

Lost or stolen cards are not responsibility of the spa.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to: inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or failure to follow spa policies

Minors

Clients under 18 must have parent or legal guardian consent to receive services.

Some treatments may have age restrictions for safety reasons.

Pricing & Adjustments

Prices and services are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors when necessary.

Spa Etiquette

Please silence your phone during your visit.

Children should not be left unattended.

Only clients receiving services are allowed in treatment areas unless approved.

Chargebacks & Dispute

By booking an appointment, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution.
