Our Policies

Your time is valuable. So is ours. 

By booking an appointment, you acnowledge and agree to all spa policies.

Facesology Appointments Policy

Appointments & Payments

  • All online bookings require full payment at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment. 

  • For appointments booked over the phone or in person, a valid credit card is required to reserve your time. This card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.

Facesology Arrival Policy

Late Arrival

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened or modified service.

  • Arrivals more than 10-15 minutes late may require cancellation and will be charged accordingly.

  • Full service fees still apply.

Facesology Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancelations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee. 

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

  • Same day cancellations may be treated as no-show.

Facesology Refund Policy

No Refunds Policy (services)

  • All services are final sale.

  • We do not offer refunds on services rendered.

  • If you have any concerns, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address the issue.

Facesology Retail Products

Retail Products

  • Unused, unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.

  • There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise.

Facesology Health Disclosure

Health & Medical Disclosure

  • Your safety is our priority. Please disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications and skin sensitivities prior treatment.

  • We are not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed conditions.

  • Patch testing is recommended for certain services.

Gift Cards for a love one

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Gift cards cannot be used toward gratuity.

  • Lost or stolen cards are not responsibility of the spa.

Refuse Service

Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to: inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or failure to follow spa policies

Facesology Children Policy

Minors

  • Clients under 18 must have parent or legal guardian consent to receive services.

  • Some treatments may have age restrictions for safety reasons. 

Facesology Pricing

Pricing & Adjustments

  • Prices and services are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors when necessary.

Facesology Spa Enviroment Policy

Spa Etiquette

  • Please silence your phone during your visit.

  • Children should not be left unattended.

  • Only clients receiving services are allowed in treatment areas unless approved.

Chargebacks & Dispute

  • By booking an appointment, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution.
